    Jeff joined the FBC Dover staff in 1988. He married his grade school sweetheart, Marci, and they have two children, Austin and Ashley. He holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Memphis, a M.Div. from Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary, and a D.Min. from Luther Rice Seminary. He serves on the Arkansas Baptist State Convention Executive Board and the Arkansas Baptist State Convention Nominating Committee. In his free time, Jeff can be found in his wood-shop or with his grandsons.

    Sandy joined the FBC Dover staff in 2007. He and his wife, Laurie, have two daughters, Shelby and Brooke. He earned a B.S. in Education from the University of Central Arkansas and a M.A. in Biblical Leadership & Ministry from Trinity Theological Seminary. Before coming on staff, Sandy was the High School Girl's Basketball Coach for the Dover Public Schools, where he led the team to a state championship in 1999. When not in the office, Sandy enjoys golf, perfecting his backyard grilling skills. or spending time with his twin grandchildren.

    Caleb joined the FBC Dover staff in 2016. He is married to Taylor the Ministry Assistant. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a B.A. in Music Education in 2018, and is pursuing his M.Div online at Southwestern. Caleb has served as a worship leader at various events around the state, including Camp Siloam, JoyWorks, Super Summer Arkansas color schools, various Disciple Nows and Fall Retreats. He enjoys adventuring, waterfalls, misty mountains, going for rides on the motorcycle, time with his friends, Super Smash Bros, and anything musical.

    Taylor joined the FBC Dover staff in 2021. She is married to Caleb Reynolds, the Music, Children, and Media Pastor. She graduated from Arkansas Tech University-Ozark in 2016 with an A.A.S. in Occupational Therapy Assistant before transitioning out of the profession in 2020. She serves on the Camp Siloam's Annual Girl's Retreat, Radiant Committee, is the 2022 and 2023 VBS Decoration Consultant for the Arkansas Baptist State Convention, a member of the Association of Arkansas Baptist Secretaries, and frequently assists Caleb at various ministry events around the state in worship. When not working, Taylor enjoys adventuring, harmonizing, and spending time with her animals.
