    Jeff joined the FBC Dover staff in 1988. He married his grade school sweetheart, Marci, and they have two children, Austin and Ashley. He holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Memphis, a M.Div. from Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary, and a D.Min. from Luther Rice Seminary. He serves on the Arkansas Baptist State Convention Executive Board and the Arkansas Baptist State Convention Nominating Committee. In his free time, Jeff can be found in his wood-shop or with his grandchildren.

    Sandy joined the FBC Dover staff in 2007. He and his wife, Laurie, have two daughters, Shelby and Brooke. He earned a B.S. in Education from the University of Central Arkansas and a M.A. in Biblical Leadership & Ministry from Trinity Theological Seminary. Before coming on staff, Sandy was the High School Girl's Basketball Coach for the Dover Public Schools, where he led the team to a state championship in 1999. When not in the office, Sandy enjoys golf, perfecting his backyard grilling skills, or spending time with his twin grandchildren.

    Caleb joined the FBC Dover staff in 2016. He is married to Taylor the Children's Director, and they have one son, Reuben. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a B.A. in Music Education in 2018, and is pursuing his M.Div with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling online at Southwestern. Caleb has served as a worship leader at various events around the state, including Camp Siloam, JoyWorks, Super Summer Arkansas color schools, various Disciple Nows and Fall Retreats. He enjoys adventuring, waterfalls, misty mountains, going for rides on the motorcycle, time with his friends, Super Smash Bros, and anything musical.

    Nathan joined the FBC Dover staff in 2024. He is currently lives with his wonderful cat, Deborah. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a B.A. in Psychology in 2021. Prior to student ministry, Nathan worked as a behavior therapist at Friendship Community Care Pediatrics Center for 2 and a half years. He has served at various camps around Arkansas such as Camp Siloam, Super Summer, Discipleship Nows, and Fall Retreats. Nathan loves to play disc golf, being outdoors, playing music, being a youth pastor, and spending time with his beautiful fiancee, Alyssa. 

  • Taylor Reynolds Children's Director

    Taylor joined the FBC staff in 2021 as the Ministry Assistant, and transitioned to Children’s Director in 2024. She and her husband Caleb Reynolds have a baby boy Reuben. She has earned an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant as well as numerous hours in Spanish and Special Education. Taylor serves throughout the state with the Arkansas Baptist State Convention and River Valley Baptist Association for Vacation Bible School, leadership and planning committee for Camp Siloam’s Radiant girls retreat, and helps Caleb lead worship at various ministry events. In her free time, Taylor enjoys cats, harmonizing, and organizing peoples’ closets.

    LeighAnn joined the FBC Dover staff in 2024. She graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2024 with a B.S. in Rehabilitation Science. LeighAnn served on the Leadership Team for Arkansas Techs’ Baptist Collegiate Ministry and attended numerous mission trips and retreats with the organization. In her free time, LeighAnn enjoys hanging out with her friends, being in the outdoors, and road trips - especially ones to visit her family and dogs in Northwest Arkansas.
